WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located at 1B, 215 Stonebridge Blvd, Saskatoon

The store is on the corner of Stonebridge Blvd and Cope Lane, in the same building as Booster Juice and across the street from Value Village.

WHAT ARE THE STORE HOURS?

Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:00pm and Saturday 11:00am to 4:00pm. Sunday and Holidays we are closed.

IS THERE PARKING AT YOUR STORE?

We have ample customer parking in front and to the side of our door.

DO YOU DELIVER LOCALLY?

We offer free delivery to all businesses in Saskatoon, Martensville and Warman. We also offer free delivery to all seniors in Saskatoon. If you need home delivery within Saskatoon, please indicate that on your Shopify order.

WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL?

We sell all brand name ink and toner products as well as 100% guaranteed compatible products for most printers. These are guaranteed to work in your printer. If you don't see your cartridge on our website, we can usually source it. Just give us a call.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?

Yes, we will ship our products anywhere in Canada through Canada Post.

DO YOU REFILL INK CARTRIDGES?

No, we do not refill inkjet or toner cartridges.

CAN YOU FIX MY PRINTER?

We are not trained technicians, however, we can fix most problems related to ink or toner.

DO YOU HAVE A DOG AT THE STORE?

Yes! His name is Boston. He is with us at the store everyday. Boston is kept separate from customers, unless you want to pet and interact with him. He is very gentle and quiet.

WHAT ARE STORE PROCEDURES?

We are open for customers to come into our store. We have a front counter to safely serve our customers. We will record your phone number, first name and printer or cartridge number. This makes it easy for you next time you come in. We just need your phone number and can quickly get your order ready.

DO YOU HAVE PROTOCALS FOR COVID?

With restrictions lifted, we no longer require masks. We have a counter to separate customers from staff to ensure social distancing. We can safely have two people in our store at the same time and have enough space for both. We frequently sanitize the counter, debit terminal and door handles. This procedure will remain in place indefinately. We also have an air purification system that cleans the air and any surface in our store.

ARE YOU OPEN SUNDAY AND HOLIDAYS?

No, we are closed Sunday and all statutory holidays.

DO YOU TAKE RECYCLING?

Yes, please return all used cartridges purchased at Prairie Laser and we will recycle for you.

DO YOU OFFER A STUDENT DISCOUNT?

Yes, we off a 10% discount for all high school and post-secondary students with proof of enrollment.

CAN WE PICK UP AT THE STORE?

All orders by phone or through the website can be picked up at the store during store hours. Please let us know if you are picking up by indicating on your order.

DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE ACCOUNTS?

Yes, we serve over 600 businesses throughout Saskatchewan. Check out our Corporate Advantage page on our website to apply or order.

DO YOU OFFER PACKAGE DISCOUNTS?

Please call us for volume discounts.

DO YOU SELL PRINTERS?

Yes, we sell both inkjet and laser printers. Our printers are always bundled with extra compatible cartridges.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY?

If you want to exchange any ink and toner product that is unopened and has not expired, you can do so within 30 days.

We do not issue refunds for unopened products, but would give you an in store credit if you don't want an exchange.

If you have issues with a brand name ink or toner cartridge you must contact them directly to help solve your issues. For example, if you bought an HP ink cartridge, you must contact HP directly.
